Let me tell you the menopause story of Laura that almost ruined her life…

Read how Laura started managing her strange menopausal reaction without the use of HRT, extreme diets, or extreme supplementation.

Not too long ago, Laura was in perimenopause and overwhelmed. She literally couldn’t live a normal life. 
She had this skin reaction called Hives… and her skin felt like it was burning, and she had to constantly itch it.

Her weight was creeping up on her, too. She felt low and drained (especially around her cycles).

Her life was being completely ruined. 

Out of complete desperation, she had to go on HRT and take extreme supplementation. She couldn’t handle this anymore.
But here’s the thing: All of the hormones and supplementation just made things worse. 

Yes, she literally began having consistent skin reactions and irritation. 

Something that had NEVER happened to her before. 

She felt defeated when she came to me for help.

And it was clear to me right away that this wasn’t just an “eat this and don’t eat that. And take a bit of this” kind of situation.

Straight away, I sent her an epigenetic test from one of my labs. 

The test would show us how her body processes hormones, toxins and inflammation. 

And taking a look at her results… I immediately noticed the problem…

Laura’s detoxification pathways were genetically compromised. 

In simple terms, her body couldn’t clear out toxins and excess hormones as efficiently as a regular person.

And why does this connect to her issues? Well, believe it or not, our body needs to clear out excess oestrogen on a daily basis.

…And during perimenopause, oestrogen levels are naturally higher than before. And when you’re put on HRT, oestrogen levels go even higher.

So…

If detoxification pathways are slowed down or blocked, oestrogen builds up in your bloodstream and becomes “congested”...

When oestrogen congests your bloodstream… it can lead to… histamine reactions… Hives… Breast tenderness… Mood swings… Heavy periods… Weight gain… and a whole host of troubles.

Now that is definitely not what you want.

In Laura’s case… the one-size-fits-all approach of taking HRT was not only useless but detrimental.

But look… Luckily, she found me, and we sorted things out. By the end of our work together, Laura’s life was transformed!

Now, although Laura’s case seems extreme, it’s not uncommon.
