⸻ FOR SPORTS CLUBS, ACADEMIES, TEAMS & GYMSNutrition Education for Athletes of Every Age and Level
As a BDA SENr-registered Sports Nutritionist - the register that qualifies practitioners to work with elite and professional athletes - I deliver workshops and nutrition programmes for clubs, academies, teams and gyms, built around real physiology, not generic advice.
⸻ WHY IT MATTERSRegistered to work at every level, including elite.
Not every nutritionist can work with elite or professional athletes. The BDA's Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr) is the UK's recognised standard for practitioners qualified to support athletes at the highest level - including national governing bodies, professional clubs, and Olympic/elite pathways.
As a SENr-registered practitioner, I bring that same standard of evidence-based practice to clubs and academies at every level - from grassroots and youth talent pathways through to elite performers - so your athletes get the same quality of guidance regardless of where they're starting from.
⸻ WORKSHOPS & PROGRAMMESSingle sessions or Structured workshop series - built around your squad.
I deliver nutrition education in whatever format suits your club, team or gym - a one-off talk, a themed workshop, or a structured series delivered across a season.
01
Format options:
Single workshops - a focused session on one topic (e.g. fuelling for competition, recovery nutrition, hydration strategy)
Workshop series - a structured programme of sessions delivered across a season or training block, building knowledge progressively as athletes develop
Age-appropriate content - sessions adapted for youth/junior athletes through to adult and elite squads, so younger athletes get age-appropriate guidance rather than adult-level protocols
Parent and coach sessions - optional sessions for parents and coaching staff, so nutrition guidance is reinforced consistently around the athlete, not just delivered in isolation
02
Example workshop topics:
Fuelling for training and matches
Hydration strategy for training and competition
The menstrual cycle and sports performance
Female hormones and athletic performance
Special considerations for female athletes
Practical fuelling solutions for school-age athletes
Recovery nutrition and sleep
Building healthy, sustainable eating habits as a young athlete
Supplement basics - what's useful, what's not, and what's safe
.. and more
