⸻ For ambitious women, 35+Not every midlife symptom is "just menopause."
Fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, poor sleep - often blamed on hormones, rarely caused by one thing. I help high-performing women investigate what's actually driving their symptoms.

⸻ Who I work withThis is considered work for women who want clarity, depth, and real answers.
Not quick fixes. Not generic protocols. A proper investigation into what your body is actually asking for.
You're in your late 30s, 40s or early 50s
You're a capable, successful professional
You already take your health seriously
You exercise and eat well - yet still feel something is off
You want to understand the drivers of your symptoms, not just manage them
Not sure what’s actually driving your symptoms?
This short assessment helps identify which systems may be influencing how you’re feeling - beyond just hormones.”
Doing everything right - yet still feeling off?
⸻ THE PATTERN I SEE
The women I work with exercise, eat well, sleep properly, and take supplements. They are not careless about their health. And yet somewhere in their 40s or early 50s, things begin to shift:
Energy becomes less stable
Sleep becomes lighter or fragmented
Weight appears despite the same habits
Anxiety or irritability appears unexpectedly
Brain fog creeps into meetings and conversations
The assumption: this must be menopause. Sometimes hormones play a role. Often, multiple systems are adapting at once - thyroid, stress physiology, blood sugar, gut, nutrient status - and the interactions are what drive how you feel.
⸻ The MethodUnderstanding midlife symptoms requires looking at the whole system.
The female body is not governed solely by hormonal cycles. My work focuses on how multiple systems interact - so we can identify what is actually driving your symptoms.
01
SYSTEMS INVESTIGATION
We start by looking at the broader physiological picture.
Hormone patterns, thyroid function, stress physiology, gut health, metabolic resilience, nutrient status - understood as patterns and interactions, not isolated symptoms.
02
FOUNDATION STABILIZATION
Basic rhythms are stabilised before complex intervention.
Nutrition, blood sugar regulation, sleep, and daily physiology are supported first, hormones do not function well in a stressed or under-fuelled system.
03
FUNCTIONAL TESTING
Testing clarifies what is happening beneath the surface.
May include hormone analysis (DUTCH), detailed thyroid panels, stool analysis, and adrenal rhythm via saliva. Always selective. Never excessive.
04
INTEGRATED INTERPRETATION
Results are read in context — not in isolation.
Thyroid within stress load. Gut within hormone metabolism. Blood sugar within cortisol rhythms. This is where complex physiology becomes clear and actionable.
05
PERSONALIZED IMPLEMENTATION
A plan built to your physiology and your life.
Targeted supplementation, nutrition adjustments, nervous system regulation, lifestyle recalibration, and HRT optimisation where appropriate.
06
ONGOING REFINEMENT
As your body responds, the plan evolves.
Midlife becomes a process of supported adaptation - not decline. Working together usually unfolds across several months, calibrated to how you respond.
⸻ Meet EvaThe female body is intelligent. Midlife is not a disease - it is a transition.
But transitions place pressure on multiple systems at once. When they struggle to adapt, symptoms begin to appear. Very often the cause is not oestrogen alone - it's also thyroid, metabolic resilience, gut health, stress physiology, nutrient status.
Understanding how these systems interact is what lets us move beyond guesswork and toward meaningful solutions.
A personal note. Now 48 and postmenopausal, this work is also deeply personal - from iron deficiency during years of heavy bleeding to managing genetic risk factors within my own health. What I've seen is that the body rarely fails without reason. It adapts.

⸻ What working together looks likeA considered, investigative process.
If you recognise yourself in the experiences above, the next step is to explore what may actually be driving your symptoms.
01
THE CLARITY CALL
A complimentary 20-minute consultation to discuss your symptoms, history, and the shifts you've been noticing - and to understand whether my approach fits.
02
ASSESSMENT & INVESTIGATION
A deeper look at your physiology - hormones, thyroid, gut, adrenal rhythms -using functional testing, where it offers meaningful insight. Never test for the sake of data.
03
PERSONALIZED PLAN & SUPPORT
Once we understand what's driving your symptoms, we build a plan specific to your physiology - supplementation, nutrition, nervous system support, lifestyle recalibration - and evolve it as your body responds.

⸻ In their wordsWomen who came looking for answers.
“I’m so glad I approached Eva with my hormone-related symptoms. She discovered imbalances I didn’t know to look for, and provided me with easy-to-implement dietary and lifestyle changes. For the first time in years, I feel like myself again.”
⸻ Before working togetherQuestions women often ask.
-
Standard laboratory testing is designed to identify disease. Many midlife symptoms arise when physiological systems are under strain but still within "normal" reference ranges. Functional testing lets us explore patterns basic screening may not reveal - without dismissing your symptoms.
-
HRT can be a valuable tool. But hormones do not act in isolation — thyroid, gut, nutrient status and stress physiology all influence how your body uses and metabolises them. I frequently work alongside HRT, helping women understand why some symptoms persist despite treatment.
-
No. Testing is used strategically — only where it provides meaningful insight. In some cases, clinical assessment alone reveals the patterns. In others, targeted testing turns a guess into a clear answer.
-
Yes — and often, this is exactly who benefits most. When foundational habits are already strong, persistent symptoms usually point to deeper physiological drivers. The work becomes precise rather than generic.
-
Because midlife symptoms are rarely driven by oestrogen alone. Adrenal rhythm, thyroid load, blood sugar, gut metabolism and nutrient status all shape how you feel. When persistent symptoms remain, these are usually the places to investigate.
