Helping women understand what is actually driving their midlife symptoms.
⸻ AboutRather than assuming everything is "just hormonal," my work examines how multiple systems interact during the menopausal transition - so the picture becomes clear, not assumed.
⸻ The ApproachMidlife is a transition, not a decline.
The female body is highly adaptive. Menopause is not a disease - it is a biological transition.
But transitions place pressure on several systems at once. Hormones shift. Metabolic demand changes. Stress resilience is tested. When those systems struggle to adapt, symptoms appear.
Rather than focusing on a single hormone or offering generic lifestyle advice, my work looks at the interaction between systems - so we can understand what is actually happening beneath the surface.
Hormone balance and metabolism
Thyroid function and stress physiology
Gut health and nutrient status
Nervous system regulation and recovery
Now at 48, and postmenopausal, this work is deeply personal.
⸻ A personal perspectiveLike many women, I've navigated my own physiological changes along the way - from iron deficiency through years of heavy bleeding, to managing genetic risk factors within my own health.

These experiences reinforced something I see repeatedly in clinical practice: the body rarely fails without reason. It adapts. And when we take the time to investigate properly, we can support that adaptation rather than simply try to override symptoms.
Registered Nutritionist, lecturer, and hormone specialist.
⸻ Professional backgroundI hold an MSc in Sports Nutrition and a BSc in Nutritional Therapy, with training under the Functional Medicine model.
Alongside clinical practice, I lecture on nutrition and human physiology, with a particular interest in how hormonal systems interact with metabolism, thyroid function, gut health, and stress physiology.
For over eight years, I've worked with women navigating perimenopause and menopause, helping them understand the physiological changes of this stage - and how best to support their body through it.

⸻ Core beliefsMy work is built on a simple belief.
"The female body is intelligent."
"Midlife is not a disease."
"It is a transition."
When we investigate properly, symptoms that once felt confusing begin to make sense. That is where clarity begins.
